Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may update pricing in the future, but changes will not affect your current billing period retroactively.
Service Availability
We aim to keep VibeSite available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may change, be updated, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued in part or in full at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeSite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.
